How we write the lessons
We're product designers and engineers. We built a system that writes and checks every lesson and script for the moments new managers find hardest: 1:1s, feedback, underperformance, conflict, meetings and leading people who used to be peers.
Who does what
- Drafting: AI models write each lesson and script to a fixed brief: plain words you can say out loud, one idea a day, an example from a hospital unit, a store, a tech team or an office.
- Checking: a second pass checks each one against the brief's rules: original writing only, no book summaries, no made-up numbers or studies, no promises about outcomes, and "talk to HR first" wherever a talk touches discipline or the law.
- People: we read every lesson before it goes live and fix what reads wrong.
What it is not
It is not coaching, therapy, or legal or HR advice. When a conversation involves discipline, leave, harassment or firing, follow your company's HR process.
The quiz
The leadership-style quiz sorts answers into four styles (Fixer, Peacekeeper, Driver, Thinker). It is a way to order the lessons, not a personality test or a scientific measure.
