Who you pay

Next Cohort is run by Larkfield Works, a California company. Your card statement shows LARKFIELD* NEXT COHORT.

7 days, no questions asked

Full refund within 7 days of paying, no questions asked. Just reply to your receipt or write to support@thenextcohort.com.

How

Email support@thenextcohort.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and take 5 to 10 business days to show.

What we cannot refund

Test fees paid to the test owner, and an admission decision: we cannot control them. TEAS plans are one payment and nothing renews. Renewing plans (daily lessons for new managers) can be canceled in one tap on your account page; the 7-day refund covers the first payment and each yearly renewal.
