Plans

Yearly: $39.99, charged when you join and again each year. Monthly: $9.99, charged when you join and again each month. We email a reminder before a yearly renewal. The price you pay is shown on the button before you pay, and Stripe shows it again before you confirm.

Renewal

Your plan renews until you cancel. Add-ons (the workbook, the script pack) are one payment each and never renew.

Cancel in one tap

Every email we send has a "Manage or cancel your plan" link, and the app's account button opens the same page: tap Cancel my plan. Nothing else to fill in. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again. Lost the link? Use the cancel page and we'll email it.

Refunds

Full refund within 7 days of paying, no questions asked. Reply to your receipt or write to support@thenextcohort.com. See the refund policy.

Expense it

Your account has a receipt for each payment: who you paid (Larkfield Works, the company behind Next Cohort), what for (management training), the dates and the amount. Most employers accept it for a training budget or an expense report; check your own employer's rules.
